I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, teens, and young adults ages 0-40. I have worked in a variety of settings such as residential, school-based, and outpatient. I help those struggling with things such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and self-harm to gain insight and reduce negative mindsets.
