I believe therapy works best when it’s responsive, relational, and rooted in trust. I pay close attention to how emotions and the nervous system show up in the room, helping us slow things down when needed and stay connected to what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
My therapeutic work is rooted through an attachment-based lens, with a psychodynamic focus on patterns in relationships and how they’ve formed over time. I believe in holistic, somatic practices that encourage mind-body connection, or “bottom up” approaches in addition to “top down" talk therapy.
I enjoy working with neurodivergence of all ages (including parenting), highly sensitive people (HSP), adoption, foster care, attachment related issues, children and teens resistant to therapy, self-esteem/self-worth related to shame and vulnerability, adult children of emotionally immature parents, & learning healthy boundaries.
I offer gentle yet direct & thoughtful challenges when you’re ready—supporting meaningful growth without overwhelm. I’m especially interested in helping clients understand their emotional responses with curiosity rather than judgment, and in building a sense of safety that allows for real change.
