Beyond traditional therapy, I integrate holistic and mindfulness-based practices to help others reconnect with themselves and rediscover inner peace. As a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, I believe healing unfolds when we align movement, breath, and intention. I am also a nature lover and an explorer of spiritual divination tools that deepen self-awareness and growth.
