I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. My therapy approach incorporates cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care. I utilize techniques and components from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I will always come from a strength-based approach to help you get the most out of your sessions.
