I also focus on college transitions, co-parenting, depression, divorce, eating disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, sensory issues, social anxiety, stress management, and women's issues.
In my clinical approach, I use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I also incorporate solution-focused strategies, a strengths-based approach, and trauma-focused techniques.
In my free time, I love being outdoors playing golf course, hiking, sitting around a bon fire, or anything else that involves our friends and family. I am always up for a good travel adventure as well.
