About
Now Accepting New Clients both in-person and via telehealth. I have over 10 years of experience helping clients of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, addiction, existential crisis, relational issues, and a myriad of others. I also work with couples and families who are having difficulty connecting in a harmonious and meaningful way. I seek to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we can partner to work through and problem solve the unique challenges that you are facing in your life.
I am a wife and mother of four with a passion for bridging my natural curiosity about people with my formal training in the art of healing, which includes a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Carson-Newman University and a Master’s in Holistic Child Development from Lee University.
I use a strength-based integrated therapy approach that pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy with a trauma-informed care perspective.
