In my years of experience, I have worked the most with individuals experiencing issues with anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma. I have found the most success with meeting clients where they are at, building a strong therapeutic rapport, and using an eclectic style of treatment techniques (tailored to each individual’s needs). This collective approach will allow individuals to gain the most from their therapy involvement. I will provide the framework for the client to develop their strategy in order to work toward achieving their psychological, emotional, and social well being.
I enjoy practicing Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, & Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, the most, finding these techniques helpful to clients who would like to enhance their mental health.
