Hello! I am an independently licensed social worker providing telehealth sessions in MA, ME, and VT. I support individuals navigating complex family dynamics, peer challenges, trauma, addiction, or simply the stickiness of growth. I offer a warm, client-centered and judgment-free space for reflection and healing, while gently inviting exploration of the systems and thought patterns that are affecting you. With dedicated training in grief support and trauma-informed care, I’m honored to walk alongside those facing loss of any kind, offering care, understanding, and tools for coping and adapting.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, believing that a calm, connected body increases empowered decision-making. I work with clients to offer psychoeducation, mindfulness, breath work, and other expressive therapies, to support with nervous system regulation which supports you in navigating challenges with greater ease.
