I take a neuro and trauma-informed approach. I help people understand how habitual behavioral, cognitive and emotional patterns are just that...habits that neuroscience shows can be replaced. I strive to empower people by helping them learn how to actually rewire the circuitry in their brain, to facilitate lasting neural plasticity and regeneration.
