I am a clinical psychologist specializing in neuropsychology evaluations, the application of neuroscience through neurofeeback treatments, and using holistic individualized treatments in psychotherapy. My style is integrative using a blend of mindfulness-based techniques, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches towards treating mental health issues.

Our social skills groups are a great way to build healthy social habits. This is especially useful for our clients that are on the ASD and or ADHD, however these sessions are valuable for anyone experiencing social difficulties.
