About
I believe in providing the highest level of personalized therapeutic care for each client by integrating techniques from traditional and evidenced based therapies. I seek to understand each person from a systemic perspective and use an experiential approach that creates a secure environment where self-awareness, healing, and change can occur.
I aspire to raise clients’ inherent strengths to remove barriers and facilitate healing, internal peace and a healthy lifestyle. During our journey together, my goal is that every person has a positive experience in therapy that meets specific goals and respects individualized needs.
