Before I became a counselor I was a teacher. I loved every minute of teaching, and those experiences instilled a desire to go beyond the classroom, to collaborate with clients to learn a healthy approach in addressing their concerns. I use CBT and solution focus therapy techniques to encourage clients to identify their abilities and strengths.
It is my passion to help empower people. I offer child, adolescent, and adult counseling to individuals who are seeking a warm, safe, and supportive environment where you can recognize your strengths and restore a feeling of balance.
