I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in supporting individuals with dual diagnoses or co-occurring disorders, addiction issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, career concerns, and adjustment challenges. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of counseling individuals facing trauma, depression, family concerns, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and various adjustment issues. My experience spans a variety of settings, including inpatient detoxification, intensive outpatient, outpatient group therapy, as well as family and individual therapy.
I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Wheelock College, now part of Boston University. I am certified in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and am currently in the process of training in EMDR.
My goal is to help you find ways to cope, move forward, and ultimately feel better. I take a person-centered approach, grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which means that our work together will focus on your unique goals, needs, and pathways to promoting meaningful change.
