Welcome!! My goal is to help support you in living a fulfilling life and build on your inherit strengths. My experience includes working with those who suffer from substance use issues, personal growth and development, and career counseling. I specialize in helping those suffering from anxiety & depression, grief, self-esteem issues, vocational concerns, and marital and relational conflict. I can help you to confront things that have remained unprocessed or new experiences which have brought forth stress or pain. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I hold a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. While my theoretical orientation is primarily integrative, much of my work is based off of utilizing practices and principles from CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and Mindfulness.
My approach to therapy is empathic and collaborative, striving to offer compassion and informed care in my work. My style is gentle, yet direct, aiming to help increase self-awareness and confidence.
