My approach to therapy includes a nonjudgmental, Person-Centered approach, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused modalities, however, I will tailor my approach to your individual needs.
Much of my experience includes trauma work related to sexual assault, domestic violence, grief and loss, and adverse childhood experiences. My goal is to create a safe space for you to tackle the things that are weighing on you, and help you find the solutions to your concerns.
