One of my abilities is to see peoples "best self", their potential, and to mirror it back to them in a way that supports them to take action. My goal is to create an inviting and non-judgemental environment in which to explore and actively pursue your emotional, personal, and professional growth. Providing a balance between support and challenge, we work collaboratively to identify patterns that are no longer useful and to develop strategies for change.
I specializes in the treatment of Performance Enhancement, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Couples and Family Therapy, Cross Cultural issues Work life balance, Wellness and Womens' issues. I provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) treatment. I am authorized by Francine Shapiro to Train practitioners to use EMDR globally.
As a professional coach, I bring my expertise as a psychologist and the science behind human change, neuroscience and positive psychology to help my coaching clients achieve peak performance and optimum potential in their professional, personal and work life balance endevours.
