My passion is Christian Counseling with the purpose of helping women and couples heal and step into their God-given purposes. I work with women who find themselves physically, emotionally, or spiritually stuck whether from past or present relationships and significant events, as well as destructive thoughts and habits. I also work with couples seeking to align and connect (pre-marital and marital), reconcile marital discourse, or improve their relationships and roles within the family.
My approach is holistic with a focus on the whole person (body, soul, and spirit according to 1 Thessalonians 5:23). I work from a spiritually integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy foundation and incorporate other counseling techniques according to the client's goals and needs. Specialties include depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, and relationships.
Counseling provides a safe space to stop, process, reflect, and problem-solve through life’s difficulties. Christian Counseling invites the hope of Christ into that time space. My passion is to help women and couples heal and step into their God-given purposes.
