About
I provide therapy using a collaborative and integrative approach. This means that I actively listen to your goals to tailor an individual treatment plan that meets your needs. My private practice provides two primary services: individual therapy and sport/mental performance skills.
For individual therapy, we will work together to develop a path towards making lasting positive changes. I specialize in areas including goal setting, stress management, life transitions, and cognitive rehabilitation. I pull skills and tools from various evidence-based therapies to help you make progress towards your goals.
Mental skills are an essential part of performance. Whether in an athletic competition, a music recital, or an important presentation, what goes on in our brains determines the outcome of our performance. We will work together to help you develop skills to hone your mind so that you are able to give your best performance when it matters most.
