Behind the pain is a story worth telling and I'm listening. I'm here when you're trying how to make sense of this. Will life ever be normal again? These are valid thoughts and feelings when you feel gripped by anxiety or life isn't going as you had thought or planned. While challenging circumstances can be scary, I believe change is possible. If you feel stuck, I want to walk with you and help you find your way toward connectedness and wholehearted living. Trauma treatments I utilize: Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). As a survivor of betrayal trauma, I specialize in working with women surviving betrayal trauma from infidelity and sexual addiction. Along with 27 yrs of experience in college ministry, I enjoy helping women navigate through the transitions and struggles unique to these years.

I offer individual, couples, and group therapy with a warm, empathic, and integrated approach. Each person is unique so I personalize therapy to meet each individual's needs. I aim to extend kindness, compassion, and healing to those I have the privilege of coming alongside to help in their journey.
