Behind the pain is a story worth telling and I'm listening. I'm here when you're trying how to make sense of this. Will life ever be normal again? These are valid thoughts and feelings when you feel gripped by anxiety or life isn't going as you had thought or planned. While facing pain can be scary and challenging, I believe change is possible. If you feel stuck, I want to walk with you and help you find your way toward connectedness and wholehearted living. I practice Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Post Inductive Therapy, and EFT. As a survivor of betrayal trauma I specialize in working with women surviving betrayal trauma from infidelity and sexual addiction. Along with 27 years of experience in college ministry, I enjoy helping women navigate through the transitions and struggles unique to these years.
I offer individual, couples, and group therapy with a warm, empathic, and integrated approach. Each person is unique so I personalize therapy to meet each individual's needs. I aim to extend kindness, compassion, and healing to those I have the privilege of coming alongside to help in their journey.

This group is for female partners impacted by infidelity or partners of sex addicts. The group process includes processing, feedback, and experiential activities. The group's primary goals are to identify and honor the partner's reality, work toward healing the trauma of betrayal, focus on self-care, learn and establish personal and relational boundaries, gain support from other women in similar circumstances, and develop personal empowerment skills. The group provides a safe, caring environment that promotes healing and growth for each individual to regain hope. This group requires pre-screening for group readiness.
