I specialize helping you heal traumas (past and present, big and small) that are negatively impacting your life today. I am a Polyvagal Theory informed certified in IFS (internal family systems). I also use Brené Brown's shame & vulnerability work and the enneagram personality system.

Our work together will start with getting to know your nervous system so that it can be our guide in how to safely and kindly approach your issues, trauma, and suffering. Healing is possible when you know your nervous system and establish relationships with All of your parts - the ones that serve you well AND the ones that you don’t feel serve you.
