Therapy is a place to bring the parts of yourself that are hurting, exhausted, overwhelmed, uncertain, or longing for something different. It is also a place to discover the strengths, wisdom, and resilience that already exist within you. My focus in therapy is helping individuals and couples heal from the experiences that continue to impact their lives and relationships today. Sometimes those experiences are clearly traumatic. Other times, they are the accumulated hurts, losses, disappointments, and relationship patterns that leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or not quite ourselves.

For individuals, therapy can be a place to reconnect with oneself, heal old wounds, and create a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are. For couples, therapy can provide a space to slow down, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, repair hurts, strengthen emotional connection, and learn how to navigate challenges as a team.

Our work will begin by getting to know what helps you feel grounded and connected. We will explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that challenge your life and relationships. Healing happens when all parts of your story are heard and seen. My goal is to help you build a more trusting relationship with yourself and deepen your connection with others.
