Healing Trauma & Deepening Connection with IFS and Polyvagal Theory. You don’t have to stay stuck in pain or disconnection—together, we’ll help your nervous system feel safe, your parts feel seen, and your life feel whole again. Therapy can help you grow, change, and improve your relationship with yourself and those you are in a relationship with. Starting therapy takes courage, and I honor that bravery. For me, it is a privilege to walk alongside you as you move toward living a more authentic, wholehearted life.

I specialize helping you heal traumas (past and present, big and small) that are negatively impacting your life today. I am a Polyvagal Theory informed certified in IFS (internal family systems). I also use Brené Brown's shame & vulnerability work and the enneagram personality system.

Our work together will start with getting to know your nervous system so that it can be our guide in how to safely and kindly approach your issues, trauma, and suffering. Healing is possible when you know your nervous system and establish relationships with ALL of your parts - the ones that serve you well AND the ones that you don’t feel serve you.
