I specialize in trauma-focused therapy with a person-centered and strength-based approach. I am an EMDR Certified therapist who also utilizes ACT and IFS informed practices. I many years of experience working with diverse populations and believe in holding space for the whole person and the many ways identity intersects with oppression in our world.
