I specialize in trauma-focused therapy with a person-centered and strength-based approach. I have many years of experience with EMDR therapy, ACT and CBT. I have over a decade of experience working with diverse populations and believe in holding space for the whole person and the many ways their identity intersects with structural oppression in our world.
