About
Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in evidence-based treatments for Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My approach to treatment is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with influences from mindfulness and family systems. I have been extensively trained in numerous evidence-based treatments including Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP).
I have worked in VA medical centers, community mental health settings, university counseling centers, and city public hospitals. I have treated individuals, couples, families, and groups with a wide variety of presenting issues including trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression and mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and substance abuse.
