As a naturally intuitive, compassionate, tender and deeply empathic therapist, I create an environment for my clients that allows them to move at their own pace.
My approach is largely integrative, humanistic, relational and heart centered and I focus heavily on the healing of the mind, body and spirit collectively. My style blends traditional psychotherapy with mind-body approaches such as mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques when needed.
We are all multifaceted human beings with a unique story. Together, we'll seek to understand your story, and where you may be stuck, lost, conflicted, or unsure. I believe wholeheartedly that change and healing is always possible, even when it seems impossible.
