I have a specialized interest in assisting clients through the recovery process of relational trauma. Symptoms of relational trauma include loss of connection to self and others, codependency, love addiction/avoidance, infidelity, betrayal/trauma bonds, attachment disorders and generational trauma. I am certified in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) created by Terry Real, founder of the Relational Life Institute and best-selling author of "New Rules of Marriage," and "US." I am also trained in Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy (PIT), aka "Meadows Model," and other trauma focused modalities, EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
My work is designed to bring deep healing and swift changes in yourself and your relationships. We can’t connect to a relationship if we can’t connect to a person, and we can’t connect to a person if we can’t connect to ourselves. First, we reconnect you to yourself—through your feelings, desires, and needs—and then reconnect you to others in a healthy way.
