I am here to support you or you and your spouse/family in treating your symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life transitions, anger, ADHD, history of or current trauma/abuse, relationship/family relational issues, and parenting struggles. I am here to teach coping skills and help change unhealthy thoughts and behaviors.
