I deeply value marital fulfillment, so work with couples toward reconnection and healing. I am a couples therapy specialist with extensive training in emotionally focused couples therapy. I help couples to deal with past affairs, disconnection, high conflict, communication and other negative patterns that emerge. We can work toward creating a safer, more intimate connection.
I help clients with family of origin issues, trauma, neglect, and abuse. I'm trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, approaches that helps with trauma/ PTSD. I offer Christian counseling for clients desiring to integrate faith. Work with me to clarify where you want to be in life, and we'll work toward changes to get you there!
