I strive for an alliance with my clients that is collaborative in nature. I believe that building therapeutic relationships that are non-judgmental, authentic, and empathetic will create an environment where clients can experience safety and trust. I specialize in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, adjustment issues, couples, eating disorders, and christian counseling.
