At Moxie, we strive to provide this space as well as provide skills to help navigate challenges. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in work with children, teens and families. I earned my undergraduate degree in Counseling from Asbury University in Kentucky and my Master's degree in Community Counseling at Regent University in Virginia. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Health through the University of Washington.
My clinical areas of specialty include, but are not limited to: Anxiety Disorders, Attachment Issues, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Blended Family Issues, Depression/ Mood Disorders, Grief and Loss Issues, Relationship, Parenting, Family Issues and Trauma/Post Traumatic Stress.
I believe that play-based therapies help kids succeed and support their unique needs. Through play and evidenced based practices I can help your child/adolescent learn to cope with a variety of mental health and behavioral issues.
