Hi there! My name is Christie Cutshall, LCSW located in Eastern Tennessee with my husband, three bonus teenagers, and two dogs. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my family, gardening, and cooking. As a graduate of East Tennessee State University and a practicing social worker for the last nine years, I have gained valuable experience as a mental health clinician. In my experience, I believe growing requires changing and improving the environment in which we grow; only then can we truly thrive! In order to help clients live my best lives, I am passionate about helping them achieve their full potential.
When working with clients, I bring a holistic, person-in-environment approach. It's important for my clients to know that I walk with them on this journey and help them gain the skills, tools, and concepts they need to succeed. Children (ages 10+), teenagers, families, and adults are all areas in which I enjoy working with.
My passion in practicing lies in the small victories and mindset shifts that can help others reach their fullest potential and live their best lives. I have worked with many populations and bring a holistic, person-in-environment approach; and feel that I bring an empathetic and unique perspective in my therapeutic approach with the clients I work with.
