Are you struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship issues or trauma? I help adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, family issues, boundary issues, substance use as well as many other issues. Initially I want to provide support and develop skills to manage the stressors bringing you in to treatment, but I also help you move beyond stressors and help you connect to your authentic self and goals so you can manifest the life you want.
I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years and have helped many people learn how to become the person they want to be. I offer a safe space to nurture your relationship with your self as well as build tools to help overcome stressors in your life.
I work with a variety of clients and have significant experience with individuals and families. I offer daytime, after school or evening appointments M-F, and often have immediate appointments available as well so you can choose the time that's right for you or your family.
