For the past 25 years I have specialized in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, obsessive compulsive disorders, stress management and post traumatic stress disorder. In my practice I utilize a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. In addition I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I also offer pm and Sat. am appts.
As a Certified Anxiety Specialist I have the experience and knowledge to not only help you manage your anxiety but to provide the tools and skills needed to improve your health, relationships and overall wellbeing. In addition I believe in having a client centered, strengths based approach where we work together to create positive changes.
