In my work, I utilize a person-centered approach that focuses on empathizing with you as an individual trying to heal from your experiences. I feel that my solution-based approach can help guide you through your issues and facilitate a more productive lifestyle.
Additionally, by drawing from various counseling techniques such as CBT, DBT, and REBT, together we can work on regulating emotions and facing uncomfortable feelings head on.
