Accepting new clients mid-July 2025! I specialize in working with couples and adult individuals primarily within the framework of Relational Life Therapy (RLT). My work is designed to bring deep healing and swift changes in yourself and your relationships. My ideal clients are deep thinkers who want to explore the root of things, rather than just address symptom management. They want to change how they relate to themselves and their environment, create a healthier self-esteem, set confident boundaries and get centered in their reality, all while being considerate of, but not responsible for, how others choose to receive them.
My primary certification is in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) created by Terry Real, founder of the Relational Life Institute and best-selling author of "New Rules of Marriage," and "US." In RLT, therapists aren’t above clients as "experts," we’re right there in the thick of it with you to inspire, motivate, and build trust in yourself and relationships
I am also trained in EMDR, PIT (Meadows Model), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, DBT, IFS, and will begin training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Therapy (AEDP) July 2025. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore, learn, experiment, and grow confidently towards the person they were always meant to be.
