I'm a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional- Level II. My approach is psychodynamic, strength-based, and highly individualized to meet your needs. I'm trained in EMDR, ACT, CBT, and CFT. I'll help you develop coping skills to alleviate distress, understand and manage your emotions, and trust yourself again.
