I provide individual therapy and parenting support. I specialize in the treatment of: Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, and Maternal Mental Health. I have over 12 years experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to clients of all ages and from all walks of life. I work with individuals and families on a variety of issues including: communication, relationship and conflict resolution skills, building and sustaining healthy friendships, parent-child relationships and positive parenting, and stress management.
I believe that each person’s specific experiences with mental health disorders, and each person's path and journey to getting well is going to be different. I use an integrative approach treatment and tailor therapy to each individual client. I help my clients learn realistic, practical solutions and skills that they can apply to live a healthier life.
