I work with individuals and partners from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My areas of expertise are challenges with relationships and sexuality, communication, intimacy, desire differences, infidelity, sexual orientation, gender, and romantic and sexual lifestyles as well as self-discovery and sexuality through the life span. As a sex therapist I am trained to assist you with sensitivity and competence to address these issues. My goal is to support people in their self-discovery and self-realization as relational and sexual beings and to collaborate with you to strengthen your emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.
As a certified sex therapist with the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists I use a client-centered and empowering approach of talk therapy and psycho-education. I teach non-violent communication methods and use attachment and mindfulness based modalities, as well as psycho-dynamic and feminist approaches in my work.
I am trained and competent to work with people of various ethnicity and cultures, LGBTQIA , straight and ACE communities as well as alternative lifestyles. Having lived in different parts of the world helped me to be attuned to issues of diversity. I am non-judgmental and sex-positive, my style is open and direct and I feel honored to work with my clients.
