I am passionate about working alongside adults going through grief and loss, life transitions, wanting to understand themselves better, hoping to improve the quality of their relationships, or those engaging in identity exploration. In addition, I enjoy helping people who want to heal from adversity in their lives. I have native fluency both in Spanish and in English. I am a Board Certified licensed Psychologist and have been providing clinical services for about 20 years. I offer services in Florida and 40 other states (psypact).
My approach is relational and attachment informed. Initially we will focus on helping you cope in healthier ways, and once you are feeling more empowered, we then explore the underlying components of your symptoms in order to achieve long-lasting healing.
My goal is to help you recognize, understand, and have compassion for how you may have developed ways of dealing with specific areas of your life in the past, that no longer serve you. With a deeper understanding of yourself, you can make informed choices that can lead to improved quality of your relationship with self and others.
