I use a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach—including CBT, DBT, and EMDR—to support children, teens, and adults as they navigate emotions, process past experiences, and strengthen their sense of self.
You’ll also meet Pika, my gentle and playful Australian Labradoodle and trained therapy animal, whose calming presence helps create openness and comfort.
