I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches to help you identify patterns, beliefs, and avoidance that may be keeping you stuck. I also draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy to support lasting change.
I routinely help clients with anxiety, stress, trauma, substance use, women’s health concerns, and relationship difficulties.
