I believe in a culturally sensitive, collaborative relationship with my patients and creating the safe space needed to fully identify and work through core issues. My approaches to healing include the following: EMDR, CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy. Also, a faith-based approach (Christian Counseling) can be incorporated into each session upon request.
