The focus of my therapy with clients is to identify past life influences and/or learned habits that create dysfunctional coping skills. These influences can include: anger, physical, emotional & sexual abuse, family & relationship conflict, anxiety & depression, mood swings, substance abuse & other addictive behaviors. Our sub conscious mind actually programs itself with negative beliefs & self destructive coping skills, what it considers survival skills. In therapy we identify old habits & bad coping skills. Using therapy, we reprogram the mind to replace self destructive habits & replace them with functional habits & beliefs.
