If you're feeling stuck and experiencing symptoms, trauma may be to blame. Underneath most human issues I usually find trauma beneath the surface. As a certified EMDR therapist, I am highly trained to treat and heal trauma. Even if addiction is the issue, or food issues, or depression, treating the unresolved little t (smaller incidents) and big T (more obvious traumatic experiences) helps alleviate the present day symptoms. EMDR works quicker by targeting the roots of issues and helping to free the body of trauma that has been stuck for weeks, months or even years.
