Sometimes a person lacks the support system or the inner resources to make a change after a hard blow and could become depressed or anxious. I work with clients to help build up their strengths, attain the personal growth they want to accomplish, while bringing together the important components of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I have extensive experience working with clients who are dealing with difficult relationships, sadness, anxiety, self-esteem, etc.
Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) treatment to desensitize and reprocess negative life experiences and trauma. Certified Prepared and Enriched facilitator, working with pre marital couples to process their relationship. Studied Gerontology and can strategically navigate the aging process for a healthy and positive lifestyle.
I have a Christian/Catholic background, and I appreciate all faiths. I gain depth and wisdom from my faith, which in turn enriches my ability to help others.
