Your teen seems lonely, withdrawn, struggling with social issues, or can't control their anger and you feel hopeless because you don't know what to do to help. As parents we want our children to be healthy and happy yet sometimes we can't fix the situation for them and that makes us feel a failure as a parent.

Why is it important for a therapist to be culturally sensitive?
