For over ten years Caleb has worked with youth and their families, as a school counselor, behavioral health intervention services counselor, and mental health counselor. Caleb founded and currently administrates an after school program for at-risk youth through The Academic and Enrichment Youth Center called "Strive For Success." Caleb works with children, youth, adults, couples and families helping them solve tough problems with a hopeful, solution-focused approach. His desire is to bring positive change to the challenges life can bring. He is an ordained minister and volunteers his time as a ministry director for Lifepointe Christian Faith Center.

A dedicated playroom allows children to explore and process at their own level through play and creativity. With teenagers my focus is on their skills and strengths while building them up to help them meet their goals and overcome obstacles. With adult clients I provide a safe place where they can process openly without fear or judgement.

I work with individuals and couples of all ages and have a special interest in doing Play Therapy with children 2-13 years old. I do talk therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or expressive arts-based Play Therapy with teens 14 and older. I utilize AutPlay within Play Therapy when appropriate. I've had rewarding experiences working with neurodivergent children with different developmental needs, women and men with codependency or substance abuse concerns, couples in relationships, family members with concerns for loved ones, and in crisis counseling with those feeling like they’ve lost all hope.
