Our mission is to ensure that individuals of every race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and political and religious affiliation are provided a safe space to receive high quality mental health care. We utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to support and empower a diverse client population.
We specialize in anxiety and mood disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, men's and women's issues, relationship issues, career counseling, relationship issues, grief and loss, life transitions, and substance use disorders. We reply to all inquiries from prospective clients within 24-48 hours.
If we have scheduling availability, we offer prospective clients a free phone consultation prior to the scheduling of their initial therapy session. The phone consultation is designed to allow prospective clients to learn more about the therapist’s clinical approach and experience, as well as to discuss their goals and ask questions about the process.
