With the rise of social media and all the pressures teens face today, it can be extremely difficult to know how to help when you see your child hurting or struggling. I specialize in reaching and connecting with teens who are uncertain or resistant to therapy. My style is safe, accepting, and relational, but with a mission-like focus on reaching treatment goals. My strategy is to help you my clients discover their own strengths in overcoming personal challenges... essentially working myself out of a job.
