My practice is designed for those who want to move beyond traditional talk therapy. I don’t just manage symptoms, I target the root disturbances "frozen" in your body. My goal is to help you feel "online" again, moving from a state of survival to one where you feel steady, connected, and in coherence.

Your care isn’t one size fits all, so we tailor techniques like Brainspotting (eye positions), EMDR (bilateral stimulation), IFS (Parts Work), and HeartMath (biofeedback) to your specific needs and situation. Clients often find these modalities to be helpful in connecting deeper and creating new patterns in their daily lives.

This process is less about "reliving" the past and more about "reprocessing" it so you can move forward. During the counseling process, you can talk as much or as little as you’d like as we follow where your brain and body need to go. I look forward to coming alongside you in your healing journey.

My work consists of deep, internal healing through the heart and brain connection. During the first session, clients implement self regulating tools to begin the rewiring of the nervous system and treatment usually consists of six to ten sessions. Clients have the choice to talk as much or little as they want as it is not required for healing to take place.

I begin with biofeedback, through HeartMath, to teach self regulation skills and use Brainspotting and EMDR during my sessions to address root issues in the nervous system. Through these modalities, clients can talk as much or as little as they prefer. We are accessing deeper regions of the brain that do no require verbalizing the trauma. Clients are fully aware and conscious through it all.
